Depending upon your prevention and remediation needs, we offer several different methods of treatment.

Bacteriological Treatment:

We aerosolize or spray our Advanced Cleaner on contaminated or potentially contaminated surfaces.  Our cleaner is 99.99% effective on MRSA, as well as affecting both gram-positive (Bacillus, Listeria, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Clostridium) and gram-negative  (Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Pseudomonas, Moraxella, Helicobacter,) bacteria.

HVAC Ductwork Treatment:

We aerolize our Advanced Cleaner into the return duct of your air conditioner.  As the Cleaner infiltrates the ductwork and air-handling unit it safely and effectively eradicates active mold growth and spores.  By nature of the treatment, the Cleaner also treats the living space - eradicating airborne fungal and bacterial organisms.  After completion, a fresh smell is all that remains in the treated area.  This treatment may be provided as a one-time treatment or scheduled as a maintenance program.

Hypoallergenic Room Treatment:

We apply our system to all surfaces and contents within the room.  We first apply our Advanced Cleaner safely and effectively eradicates airborne, surface and embedded fungal and bacterial microorganisms.  Next we apply our Shield to all surfaces to act as a guardian against future contamination.  The treated room is ready for occupation in as little as one hour after treatment.  A regularly scheduled application of our cleaner is recommended to supplement the action of the shield.

Spot Spray: 

We apply our Advanced Cleaner to safely and effectively eradicate fungal growth from raw and finished building materials.  The cleaner penetrates the fibers, crevices and voids found in raw and finished building materials while it subsequently breaks down the cellular structure of the fungus and agglomerates the biofilm where it lives.  Spot Spray offers a cost effective fungal contamination treatment solution.

New Construction (Prevention):

We apply a Barrier that was specifically developed for raw building materials such as wood, drywall, block and brick that are found in buildings under construction.  This Barrier was developed to provide both fungal eradication and prolonged prevention of future fungal contamination.  This treatment carries a 30-Year Warranty.

New Construction (Remediation):

In the event that raw building materials have been compromised, contaminated or have minor fungal growth, we will utilize a two part system to eradicate fungal growth and contamination.  We conduct the fungal eradication by utilizing the following generalized and simplified protocol:

• Preliminary application of our Advanced Mold Eradicating Cleaner (This step begins the breakdown of mold and the biofilm where it lives).

• Sanding, wiping, scraping and HEPA vacuuming affected raw and finished building materials

• Reapplication of our Advanced Cleaner

• Application of our Barrier to prevent future fungal contamination.

This treatment carries a 10-Year Warranty.
