Left unchecked, stronger strains of mold and bacteria begin to flourish on surfaces within a gelatinous-like colony called a Biofilm.  A Biofilm acts as the lifeline for mold, yeast, bacteria and other microorganisms.  If the Biofilm is allowed to develop further, it grows and penetrates into the host surface.  When an organism is within the biofilm it is all that more difficult to reach and at that point are extremely difficult to eradicate.

Our Advanced Environmentally Safe Detergent Based Cleaner (AESC) was developed to eradicate microorganisms on the surface and within the fibers of porous materials.  AESC works by Disintegrating the Biofilm -  agglomerates and denatures the protein cellular structure of the mold, bacteria and other microorganisms.  Once the surface biofilm is eliminated, the cleaner continues its action by penetrating porous surfaces and eradicating the embedded microorganisms.  The cleaner continues to function for over 24-hours after application.   This science is what separates our cleaner from all others currently on the market.
