LIMITED WARRANTY (abridged) |

| WARRANTY: This warranty applies to surfaces treated with Environmental Protective Solutions, Inc. (EPS) anti-microbial system. EPS Systems are intended for inhibiting mold and bacteria growth from the treated surfaces for a maximum of 5-years for Remediation
20-years for Existing Construction and 30-years for
Existing Constructionfrom the date of treatment. If this is not achieved or maintained, EPS and its product manufacturer will replace, at its option, the building materials that were damaged by mold after original treatment of the anti-microbial system and provide additional products for the affected area. EPS’s anti-microbial products are not an alternative to good housekeeping and maintenance practices. EPS is not responsible for contamination or odors caused by non-microbial sources or events outside of EPS’s control, such as flooding, pipe leaks, failure of structural or building integrity, removal or replacement of treated areas, humidity, moisture intrusion or acts of God. EPS and its product manufacturer reserves the right to refuse to issue a full warranty due to structural and/or environmental conditions related to the above. |

| OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES: Owner will maintain treated surfaces in accordance with general housekeeping and insure treated areas are kept dry. The Warranty is void unless proper maintenance is followed. If effective control of microbial contamination is not maintained throughout the warranty period for any reason, OWNER must notify EPS and its product manufacturer in writing, providing full details of the problem. Since prompt action is essential to correct microbial contamination problems, the failure of the Owner to provide notice within 7 days of discovery of the problem will relieve EPS and its product manufacturer. of any obligation under this Warranty. EPS and its anti-microbial manufacturer reserves the right to investigate claims. |

| NOTICE OF CLAIMS/DISCLAIMERS: Any claim under the terms of this Warranty must be made immediately in writing directly to EPS and its product manufacturer. Liability under this agreement will be terminated if EPS and its product manufacturer is prevented from fulfilling its responsibilities under this Warranty due to reason of delay(s) in transportation shortages of fuel and/or materials strikes, embargoes, fires, floods, quarantine restrictions, earthquakes, hurricanes or any other act of God or circumstances or cause beyond the control of EPS and its product manufacturer. |

| Should any of the following conditions develop during the term of this Warranty on the described property, the purchaser understands that they may destroy the effectiveness of EPS’s treatment, thereby permitting infestation to occur after the date of the initial treatment. |

- WATER LEAKAGE: Water leakage in treated areas and leakage in interior area or though roof or exterior walls of the described property may destroy the effectiveness of the treatment and be conducive to infestation. Purchaser is responsible for making timely repairs as are necessary to stop the leakage.

- ADDITIONS/ALTERATIONS: This Warranty covers the building and structures as described herein. In the event the premises are structurally modified or otherwise changed. Purchaser will immediately notify EPS and its product manufacturer and, if needed will purchase the additional treatment required by the changes incurred. Failure to do so will terminate this Warranty automatically.

FOR WARRANTY TO BE VALID:

EPS anti-microbial system must be applied.

Area must be dry prior to the application of the Anti-Microbial System. EPS will
follow established guidelines and procedures for determining acceptable moisture
content of the area to be treated.
Quantitative pre and post surface testing must be performed. These tests must be analyzed by a third-party independent lab. These tests must accompany the warranty and be reviewed and approved by the Product Manufacturer's corporate office. |

TRANSFERABILITY: This Warranty is transferable to the new owner of the described property after proper documentation is provided stating that pre-existing mold-causing conditions have been rectified and proper application procedures have been taken by EPS. EPS’s Product Manufacturer will transfer this Warranty to the new owner after a complete re-inspection of the property reveals no favorable conditions for the reoccurrence of mold and bacteria on the treated surfaces. |
